End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Sarva TV mobile and TV applications (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Sarva TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. User-Provided Content (M3U Playlists)

Sarva TV is a client-side media player shell.

  • No Content Provided: The App does not contain, preload, host, or publish any streaming playlists, channels, or video links.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the M3U playlists, streaming URLs, and content that you load into the App.
  • Copyright Compliance: You agree not to load, stream, or distribute copyright-protected material through the App unless you own or have the explicit legal authorization/subscription to play those streaming sources. We do not condone, facilitate, or tolerate digital piracy.

3. Objectionable Content Policy

As a user-configured player, you may encounter streams that are broken, inappropriate, or unauthorized.

  • Reporting System: The App provides a built-in content reporting tool (the "Alert/Report" button inside the player control overlay). You agree to flag and report any broken or objectionable streaming feeds.
  • No Monitoring: Since the App operates entirely locally on your device, we do not monitor or filter your personal playlists. The responsibility for content safety rests entirely with the source provider of your playlist.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarva TV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the App, or for any copyright claims related to the playlists you load.
