Sarva TV ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the Sarva TV mobile and TV applications (the "App").

1. Zero Data Collection

Sarva TV is a local-only media player client. We do not collect, store, track, or share any personal data, usage metrics, or search histories.

  • No Personal Information: You do not need to create an account, register, or provide any personal details (such as your name, email, or phone number) to use the App.
  • No Tracking: We do not use third-party tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or advertising identifiers. We do not monitor what channels you watch, when you watch them, or how long you use the App.
  • No Location Permissions: The App does not request GPS or location permissions. Regional default sorting is estimated purely offline using local device locale/timezone configurations.

2. Local-Only Storage

All configuration settings, favorite channels, custom playlists, and cached stream indices are stored locally on your device using secure local storage (local database / secure memory key-value stores).

  • This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third-party servers.
  • You can delete all local data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

3. Third-Party Links and Streams

The App allows you to import third-party playlist files (M3U) and stream video content from external URLs.

  • Sarva TV does not host, control, or own any streaming content.
  • When you play a stream, your device connects directly to the third-party server hosting that stream. These external servers may log your IP address or collect standard network connection data.
  • We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party streaming hosts. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party streams you load.
