DMCA & Copyright Policy
Sarva TV ("Sarva TV - IPTV Player") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This document outlines our policy regarding copyright compliance and DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) removal requests.
1. Client-Side Player Shell
Sarva TV is a client-only media player utility designed to parse and play user-configured playlists (such as M3U/M3U8 playlists). Our application:
- Does not host, upload, database, or stream any media files, video channels, or television broadcasts.
- Does not own or maintain any of the streaming URLs loaded into the player.
- Operates entirely local to the user's device, transmitting no video data through our servers.
2. Source Playlists & Stream Takedowns
By default, if users choose to load third-party public lists (like the index lists curated by community repositories such as iptv-org), those URLs are managed and updated by independent open-source developers.
If you are a copyright holder or an agent thereof and believe that any stream URL accessible through a public playlist infringes your copyrights, the most effective action is to contact the web hosting provider of the specific stream link or the curator of the playlist file to request removal. Once the stream is deactivated or removed from the source playlist, it will immediately cease working and disappear from the Sarva TV app player catalog.
3. Submitting a Notice of Infringement
If you wish to submit an infringement notice directly to Sarva TV regarding metadata or playlist configurations within our repository, please provide a written communication that includes the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g. the specific stream URL or playlist filename).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
