Sarva TV operates strictly as a general-purpose offline/local media player shell application:

• No Hosted Media: We do not host, broadcast, archive, cache, or retransmit any live television feeds, VOD movies, or audio streams.
• No Default Playlists: Sarva TV ships completely empty without any pre-installed M3U playlists, server subscriptions, or channel links.
• Direct User Connections: All stream connections occur directly from the user's local device to the third-party URL configured in their personal playlist.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice Guidance

Because Sarva TV does not host, store, or transmit stream content, filing a DMCA takedown notice with us cannot remove media content hosted on third-party servers. Copyright holders seeking to take down infringing content must contact the specific hosting provider or web host serving the stream URL directly.

However, if you believe our promotional materials, application binaries, or documentation infringe upon your copyrighted material, you may send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing:
